About Us:

The Commission on Aging (CoA) consists of 7 regular members and 2 alternatives, each appointed by the Board of Selectmen for a four year term. All members and alternates are volunteers, are Canton residents, and are registered voters.

CoA Mission Statement:

The Commission on Aging serves to promote the wellbeing and quality of life for Canton's senior (55+ years of age) population, regardless of race, gender, creed or sexual orientation. The Commission is an advisory board to the Board of Selectmen and functions to evaluate, coordinate, and assist in the implementation of programs and services for senior Canton residents.

The CoA meets the first Monday of each month at 12 pm in the Community Center, Room F, located at 40 Dyer Ave.

Meetings are open to the public.
