The Canton’s Senior and Social Services Department would like to inform you of the recent changes in Blood Pressures Clinics available here at the Town. In a joint effort of both the Farmington Valley Visiting Nurse Association and Fire/EMS Dept., free blood pressures screenings are available on the following days:
Second Tuesday of Every Month
Canton Town Hall
11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Every Wednesday
Canton Community Senior Center – Senior Room
11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
These clinics are open to people of all ages and residency in Canton is not required.
These clinics give people the opportunity to be face to face with a medical professional. This is an opportunity to maintain optimum health and to prevent any unknown medical issues.
Canton Senior & Social Services is dedicated to working hard to ensure the health, wellness and well-being of all the residents of the town of Canton. Our office oversees all programming within and associated with the Senior Center, while administering all federal and state programs and assisting in the application and follow-up process for all resources made available to clients.
