6/17/2020 - Town Offices Opened Limited Hours

Town Hall offices are open to the public for in-person visitation:
*Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00am to 12:00pm
*Wednesdays: 3:00pm to 6:45pm

This limited schedule will allow offices to be properly cleaned and maintained for the protection of the public and staff.

Anyone entering Town offices will be required to wear face coverings and maintain social distancing. People are encouraged to use non – person to person interactions where possible.

A list of all electronic transactions can be located by clicking the following link REMOTE SERVICES or visiting www.townofcantonct.org. There is also a drop box located at Town Hall and the Community Center to facilitate a safe, touchless method of transferring documentation.

Until further notice, the fire stations will remain closed to the public. Also, the Wednesday evening hours will not apply to the Department of Public Works.

Finally, the Library is currently open to the public Tuesday 10am-1pm, Wednesday 3pm-7pm, and Thursday 10am-1pm.  No seating, newspapers, toys, or play areas are available and computer assistance is limited.  Curbside pickups are available and can be scheduled Monday-Friday from 10am-3pm (Wednesdays until 7pm).  Normal loan periods are in effect but overdue fines are not being charged at this time.  All library users must wear a face covering and maintain social distancing while in the building.
