The Canton Police Department reminds residents to be wary of any person, organization or group claiming to represent police agencies and/or associations and who seek monetary donations.  While the Canton Police is appreciative of those who voluntarily donate to this department, we do not solicit monetary donations. Also, we do not authorize any other person or organization to solicit monetary donations on our behalf. As such, be very careful before you respond to any telephone call, letter, email request or in-person solicitation for money.
