The Canton Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program is an integral part of any community's mission to improve emergency preparedness and planning.

Canton CERT team members are trained to assist the town's emergency services by responding safely, responsibly, and effectively to emergency situations. In addition, CERT members support their communities during non-emergency events as well. One of the principle ways CERT supports the community is for CERT members to promote preparedness by hosting and participating in community events.
