Representatives from Camoin Associates will be discussing Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and how the Town of Canton may be able to take advantage of this new economic development tool. The presentation will provide an overview of the TIF tool, how it can be used for local economic development, and what the benefits of using TIF are. The conversation will also cover how TIF might be used by the Town of Canton to help spur redevelopment of the Collins Company complex.
