REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
RENOVATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE CANTON HOUSING AUTHORITY,
21 DOWD AVENUE, CANTON, CT
The Canton Housing Authority requests proposals for the Canton Housing Authority Rehabilitation Project. Proposals from experienced and reputable architectural/engineering firms will be considered. Request for Proposal documents are available at the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, 4 Market Street, Collinsville Ct 06022 or online at www.townofcantonct.org.
Sealed proposals must be submitted no later than February 22, 2024. There is a nonmandatory pre-proposal conference on February 8, 2024 at 10:00am at the Canton Housing Authority, 21 Dowd Avenue, Canton, CT. The Canton Housing Authority reserves the right to award in part, to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part, or to waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions if, in its judgment, the best interests of the Canton Housing Authority will be served.
