INVITATION TO BID

Bids are invited by the Owner for rehabilitation work on their property located at 2 Spoonwood Drive, Canton, CT. Bids will be received on behalf of the Owner by the Town of Canton.

Deliver bids to: Chief Administrative Officer’s Office, 4 Market Street, Canton, CT. Mail bid packages to Chief Administrative Officer’s Office, PO Box 168, Collinsville, CT 06022 no later than 2:00 P.M., on September 13, 2023 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.

Bid Packages are available at the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) website, portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/Login, Town of Canton Solicitation Number 023-PI-06.

Mandatory pre-bid conference: 9:00 AM on September 6, 2023, 2 Spoonwood Drive Canton, CT.

Scope of work: Roofing, windows, entry door & storm door.
