How do I get rid of my garbage?

The Town of Canton does not provide garbage pick up. You do, however, have two options:
1. You can hire a private vendor to pick up your trash. Paine's provides weekly pick up as well as various size trash barrels and recycle bins. Contact them at 860-658-9481 to arrange service.
2. You can bring your trash to the Town's Transfer Station which is open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Click here for more information.
