Record requests may be made by calling the Police Department records line at (860) 693-7692 or emailing a request to email@example.com. Record Department hours are Monday thru Friday from 7:30 to 3:30. When leaving a voice message, please be sure to include the email address that you'd like the report sent to. Helpful information is a report #, name of involved party and/or date of incident. Reports can also be picked up at the Dispatchers window if necessary.
