Congratulations to Jay Kaplan who was honored at last night's Annual Town Meeting. The FY2018-2019 Annual Report was dedicated to him recognizing his years of leadership and contributions to the Canton community! Board of Selectmen member, Bill Volovski, made the dedication and presentation.
